Nonviolence Workshops

Created to foster safer, healthier, and more equitable relationships and communities, all violence prevention workshops are designed to provide participants with the skills, knowledge, and awareness they need to prevent and respond to violence in all spheres of their lives. The workshop content and delivery are trauma-informed, meaning that I deeply prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants and approach the topic of violence with sensitivity and care.
Through an intersectional social justice lens, together we explore the root causes of violence and work to dismantle the systems of oppression that perpetuate it. The workshops are interactive and engaging, providing participants with the opportunity to practice skills and strategies for preventing and responding to violence in real-life situations. I believe all participants' lived experiences are invaluable and add to the magic, reciprocal learning, and transformative potential of our time together! Join me in creating infinite possibilities as we create a culture of peace one step at a time. Please find my core workshops below and please inquire into special requests too. With my vast knowledge and expertise, curated and individualized workshops are available for K-12 schools, universities, community groups, and businesses.
